Let's also look at his abilities:
Enhanced strength and speed (he can lift cars and smash through walls, and has reached almost 60 km an hour on land and nearly 150 km per hour in air.)
Pyrokinesis (literally just firebending but stronger. He can shoot fireballs, use alsers, and can use fire to propel himslef in the air.. It's blue because all magic users in the comicberse have a magic colour)
Barrier creation (he can create magical barriers that can withstand collapsing buildings and large explosions)
Portal creation (Theo can make portals to almost anywhere he has knowledge of)
Telekinesis (Theo can lift stuff with his mind, cause others sever migraines, and even cause fire to burn without heat and water to freeze. He's even been shown summoning a giant fire meteor almost 5 km wide)
Divine Blessing (this is an umbrella term for multiple powers Theo has)
-advanced Regeneration
-connection to the divine
-knowing if a creature uses infernal magic
-final form, also known as S Tier (Theo gains wings of fire and his skin turns a shimmering blue. A halobappears above his tin pot hat, and all his powers are out into maximum overdrive. In this form he theoretically has the power to destroy a galaxy spanning civilisation)
