that's not the issue

the issue is kids who get away with shit because parents "don't want their kids' feelings to be hurt" or "it molds their minds in a negative way" or some bullshit

i'm saying there's an immense lack of that

or you get parents who punish their kids too much for this exact train of thought and those kids end up emotionally stunted and traumatized.

you need to find a balance etween no punishment and too much punishment
