What is Ynþy's tavern?
Ynþy's tavern is a tavern in the middle of the upper plane (a white void.) the tavern is connected to every dimension by pink brick tunnels. the tavern loosely follows the rules of spacetime, though warps it a lot. the tavern is being plagued by corruption, which looks like missing textures. there's also an unrelated infection, which is heavily inspired by Changed/transfur games. most who enter the tavern enter via the tunnels, and find their way to the tavern via the compromised area (infection) and have to avoid the puddles. those who make it are welcomed, those who are infected are monitored for cognitive function, then if they are devoid of such, killed. there are a few infecteds living with the other taverngoers. so who are you? how did you get here? and more importantly, can you help save the tavern?

what are these two diseases I speak of?

the infection works like you would expect it to based on its inspirations: it violently takes over your body and turns you into an anthropromorphic animal. it can only affect living biological material, hence why the infectious substance harmlessly pools on the ground. infected individuals usually lose cognitive function and become really... how to put it? I guess cuddly? they aggressively snuggle people. this isn't really an issue unless you're exposed to a neurodisfunctional infected for over a week. at that point the substance will rub off on you enough to begin infecting you. neurofunctional infecteds are just normal people for the most part. though three things can happen.
1. UwUspeak syndrome. this literally just causes them to... well you get the gist.
2. Increased clinginess/neediness & hyperactive sex drive. this varies in severity and can range from being slightly more clingy to needing to be with their partner (if they have one) 24/7; becoming entirely dependent on them.
3. gradual changes in body shape. after the initial takeover and development of animal-like parts, female and male subjects will become curvier. in females with already extremely curvy bodies, this can end up with serious issues like squeezing of the organs. this also rarely leads to male subjects developing the ability to produce milk. this is guaranteed if the male subject ended up as an anthropromorphic cow.

as for the corruption. the corruption came from the lower plane (black void) and looks like missing texture. it corrupts all matter it touches. biological entities become twisted versions of themselves, or statues depending on the case when infected. dead biological material like wood becomes living, like the floating hand incident where a wood table on the lower layer turned into an aggressive floating hand.
