The trees join the celebration as though creation itself recognizes and praises its Creator’s victory. Israel’s return from exile reveals that God’s purposes cannot be thwarted by nations or judgment. The image also directs hope toward the final renewal of creation, when God will make all things new and His redeemed people will dwell in lasting joy and peace.
