Phil is Frankendoll's counterpart and is one of the most Lethal Murderdolls in the franchise.
Pretend you're in the forest with your friends and Phil spots you. He stays hidden, and doesn't want to get spotted by a group of people. So he finds a way to separate you from the others. Once you're separated from your friends, Phil comes out of nowhere and chokes you to death with his own hands. And if suffocating you doesn't help, he will start scratching your eyeballs out, which makes you die to hemorrhage. Gruesome sh*t. Don't ask.
Also, he is inspired by The Guest from Hello Neighbor and Mono from Little Nigthmares.
