Assuming each picture is 250x250 (and each pixel is 1 byte), that means that each image takes up about 61.04Kb. That would mean every image would be about 58.23Gb, which is more than any iPhone released before the IPhone 8 (however, if you include higher tiers, the iPhone 4s is the earliest)
