those people are so obnoxiously evil it's insane
and then they try to preface or explain their views when backed into a corner and inevitably criticized on that by giving a random opinion of charlie kirk that is 99% likely to be taken out of context, because they would rather maintain loyalty to the side of politics they're on than just stop and show some respect for once
i don't even like kirk or the way he conducted his debates but the level of dishonesty some people have regarding him is insanely insufferable
there are people who will even go "yeah his death was bad!" and then say "but... he DID think this or that" as if having said opinion makes you somehow more deserving of being assassinated
even worse is the fact that said opinion is likely believed by MILLIONS of people if not more, so by extension these people are saying that if those people were to die, it wouldn't be "as bad"
the language these "people" use, frequently referring to one death being "not as bad" as others, implies that human lives are viewed in a utilitarian lens to them, and are solely seen in how well they can accomplish their own goals. there is no actual soul or shred of morality involved in what they say
