IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

genuine question is there a requirement or something similar in order to get moderator? not that i think I automatically deserve it for no reason but I am curious how y'all decide/choose; if there is something specific people have to do 👀👀👀👀👀 you should let me know 👀👀👀👀👀👀
