It isn’t a ban, it’s an extra level of security in case if something were to happen. If it was a ban, you wouldn’t be commenting in this stream.

Second of all: It gives you time to explore the community before posting into the stream

Third of all: it gives you a time and chance to read the official rules and for you to understand them.
