Let’s say for a guy we say “oh that is HIS” or “HE is not here”

For She\They it is she prefers using she (as is “This is hers, she is not here”) and they (this is THEIRS, THEY are not here)

When I struggle to remember someone’s pronouns, I make myself do examples. For example, if I had a friend named Kate who used they them, I’d say “Kate likes their tea with milk” or “Kate always has their phone with them” it works wonders!
