So basically from what I know Jeffery is this REALLY annoying guy that pretty much everyone on Imgflip despises. I don't remember specifically why though
Jeffery is a terrorist here on IMGflip. Every few months or so he will make a new account and exclusively post pictures, of himself, naked (50 year old man btw). I have no idea why he has not been ip banned yet, but there you go.
