I googled “Wonder Cat” to see what it said. It said that the cat is a male cat named Kyuu-chan. It’s difficult in the earlier episodes to tell what the cat’s gender is just from trying to follow the storyline alone.

I meant the owner looks female

He does look that way. The google search said that it’s a man named Hinata. 🤔😁
