Well, I use a modded 3DS, but I think its fair if you literally can't own a game anymore due to it not being sold. However, it's also fair, in my opinion at least, if you don't have the money or console to buy the game. If you do this however I would recommend buying it later on to show your support for the software. I mean, we can't forget that Toby himself used a pirated copy of FL studio for Undertale, so idk do what you want effectively.

Yeah thsts what imma do inma buy the game eventually, plus if i ever want to mod a console for a future project it woll be a ps vita that way i can play retro games on the go, ( including Nintendo and other console exclusives) as well as possibly upgrade its hardware to handle ps4 and 5 games ( but obviously not to pirate just to download the physical and digital games I already have and own with my save data so i can just play on the go )
