Ingredients: Penne, salmon fillet, garlic, cream, chives, capers, white wine, a lemon, salt, water, cooking oil, one pot, one pan
Recipe (part 1):
1. Fill the pot with water
2. Maximum heat
3. Once the water starts boiling, add salt
4. Once the water boils even more, add penne, and turn the heat down a bit
5. Wait 11 minutes (or how much it says on the package. Important: The dish tastes best when the penne is al dente)
Recipe (part 2):
1. Remove the salmon‘s skin
2. Cut the salmon into small pieces
3. Press the garlic using a garlic press
4. Grate the lemon zest
5. Cut the chives
6. Heat the pan
7. After about a minute, add cooking oil
8. Once the oil is heated: Add the salmon pieces
9. Use a spatula to turn the salmon pieces so that they get cooked from all sides
10. Let the salmon cook for about 6-7 minutes
11. After about two minutes, add the garlic
12. After about 4 minutes, add the cream, the lemon zest, and the chives
13. After about 5 minutes, add the white wine
14. Once you’re done cooking, add the chives
Recipe (part 3):
1. Remove the water from the pot (but keep the Penne, obviously)
2. Add the salmon mixture into the pot
3. Mix
4. Serve
5. Enjoy
