New OC! This is Wesley Whimsicott. He is basically a Coconut Fred version of Lilly.

Now about Wesley. He basically seen the popularity Lilly has received on Imgflip. He decided to become just like her by ripping off her style. His Imgflip account would be named PhantomsPalandWesley. Unlike Lilly who is an official pokemon who I bred for and am using for my Imgflip mascot, Wesley is 100% an original character. His favorite drink is Root Beer. Just like Lilly, he is 7 months old in canon but unlike her, he is highly immature. This was a shitty summary about him and I apologize for it being bad.
