This looks like it was used by ChatGPT in particular. The shading doesn't seem human either. The fact Sammy lied about this just goes to show you what type of person they really are.

I have seen Sammy's past art style before I believe. It doesn't look quite like this picture either, there's no correlation.

ALSO: take a look at the handwriting. It's too perfect, every letter looks the same in an AI generated way if ykwim. I've seen ChatGPT even create images with a writing style similar to this. It's pretty clearly AI. Shading done by hand isn't drawn in random directions, it usually follows the same path too.
