lowk i understand why you guys spend so much on military
a reduction would be bad
you need the high spending in order to keep being the number 1 military power

Chinas spending is 300 billion from what I know
Our spending should be 400 billion at max

keep in mind its not only china
russia too
and you have to have the military to be able to be spread out globally to help your allies
its part of why nobody even dares to start ww3
because your spending is much higher than everyone else

So around 600-700 billion should be good

That would be better than 400

id say max reduction should be down to 800 billion
it takes a lot of money to run a military

The 200 billion that it was reduced by should go to healthcare
