This is an Emergency Action Notification. All broadcast stations and cable systems shall transmit this Emergency Action Notification Message. This station has interrupted its regular programming at the request of the White House to participate in the Emergency Alert System.
During this emergency, most stations will remain on the air, providing news and information to the public in assigned areas.

The following message has been transmitted at the request of the United States Department of Homeland Security, the United States Department of Defense, and the United States Government. A massive attack is underway in the city of Madison, Wisconsin. CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts dictate it is the organization's Team Wheatley and Team Shadow that are behind this attack.
This is a life-threatening emergency. It is unknown how many members of Team Wheatley or Team Shadow are present, but the number is expected to be in the triple digits. All citizens are advised to evacuate now. Police will be unable to aid in evacuation efforts, as their focus will be on containing the Teams and preventing further damage. Use no more than one vehicle per family unit. If you can drive, do so now. If you cannot drive, ask to travel with neighbors, or friends who can drive. Bring 14 days' worth of Food, Water, and Medical supplies with you. The Military is being called in to deal with the threats present, though it is unlikely they will arrive in time before the city is destroyed. You must rely on each other to evacuate safely.
