1 - Hubble figured out Galaxies are moving away from each other and us meaning if you go back in time far enough they all essentially had to be in one place since that how time and space work. The Universe began the rapid expansion of time and space. There was no center the Big Bang created all of space itself. We have evidence for this because of Primordial Galaxies and Black Holes, aswell as Hubbles observations and the CMB (Cosmic Microwave Background) The Universe was EXTREMELY HOT at the Big Bang so that heat had to go somewhere since space is cold now and if you look at the sky and photograph Microwaves you actually can see the leftover heat radiation from the BB and it stacks up because the areas of blue are the galaxy regions compared to the red.

2 Why is there specified info in DNA? Hmm well I would argue its due to billions of years of evolution. Its not the DNA saying "see orange it bad no eat" no its DNA passed from generations beyond your comprehension. DNA isn't a predetermined blue print by God, its a self replicating improving machine.
