Honestly, Mojo Jojo should attack the city where Newsom is in California

Nothing personal, I just think he's more of a dad than a governor in California

Plus, if they get SoCal, they get a L O T of resources to fund their forces

AND, it denies the allies a strategic advantage

Normally at this stage team earth would’ve found out about the attack of Madison Wisconsin, alerted the rest of the allies and coordinated a counterattack

With them out of the picture, things get far more convenient for the axis
