Read it or don’t, your choice

I believe that unless you‘re trans (or somewhere on the trans umbrella) there’s not really a need for coming out. To elaborate: Imagine I visit my uncle Albert. I see uncle Albert, I walk up to him, and I say „hello uncle Albert, I’m bi“. What is he supposed to do with this information? How is he supposed to react? All that will happen is probably that he’ll be confused af. Therefore I only come out to people when the moment demands it.

Well you kinda do gotta tell people so you dont end up making stupid mistakes, terrible decisions or not being able to talk about problems revolving around the topic

And yeah your right they don't really need the information but at least you can talk to them about it

Well it’s less about them using the information and more about them not being surprised when one brings home a partner of the same gender
