Well, he's less "insane," and more not even there. He's not human anymore, all that's left is raw hatred, sorrow, anguish, and power. Besides, if you try to send someone, they couldn't even reach him in the first place. The Sousuke Core is the more dangerous thing in the Ultaverse, it's an infinitely dense orb of Sousuke's power that grows infinitely more dense at the same rate Sousuke's power did when he was human. Assuming your somebody doesn't get eviscerated just by getting CLOSE to the Sousuke Core, they wouldn't last a minute inside. And even if that problem were avoided, good luck finding Sousuke's Essence in an infinitely dense and unfamiliar orb the size of an Omniverse. The Sousuke Core is not your somebody's home turf. It's Sousuke's.
