Anyone remember this image?

I saw this, and on the spot I decided to redesign my oc.
his name is dripdrop, and he has waterbending powers because he can.

This is really good, what did you use to make it?

I use ibis paint, its my favorite program. :]

I use pencil and paper:P obviously. I might try ibis paint
