If it was Petilil NSFW, it would also be banned. Petilil NSFW is just as bad if not more bad than Lilligant NSFW because Petilil is a literal baby. That being said, it isn't labeled NSFW because it features normal Petilil. The only NSFW thing about it is the word "f**k" and even then, I unmark NSFW that use the word "f**k" in an angry way, not a weird way.
