basically many people make an argument that you can't give equal human rights to The Unborn like Equal justice by making an abortion illegal because every miscarriage can now be a felony charge. it is a fear-mongering myth that the pro-life movement puts forward. the pro-life movement puts that forward because the pro-life movement does not want to end abortion.
