So TOAA used to be host of the Neo Angelic Republic, and he had a different owner named Luigi from Great mission, who turned against TOAA and removed his owner from the stream, as Luigi is from the allied area.

Because of that, we won another battle and this time, TOAA is no longer an issue to us (for now).
