Jesus never said that. That is from Ephesians 6:12, which was written by someone pretending to be St. Paul.

I got it from the Harper Collins study bible, and then later in the SBL study bible. Ephesians calls the prophets and the apostles the foundations of the church. But in Corinthians, Paul calls Christ the only foundation of the church. They cannot both have been written by the same guy when they contradict each other on the ultimate nature of the church.
