I know a vertical screenhead based off of a phone and it’s PAL from The Mitchells vs The Machines

One of the only other vertical screenheads I've seen is that weird "I-Bot" character on Roblox.

I also know MePhone4 from Inanimate Insanity who is also vertical

so you need those japanese sticker books (the ones i used for this) get the text stickers (you translate the text into English) and then make the character say that

and the character poses too (please don’t forget)

you need to sketch with a pencil, after that you use a pen to ink it and after that make lines around it brochacho
