Phantom Frankendoll is a joke character. He's just a doppelganger. However, he also has some lore (The lore is a joke too)
Lore: Phantom Frankendoll was once a Minidoll that accidently drink some mutation serum. Now he haunts people at nights. He also killed Flick7 at one point and invaded his computer. Now he can switch between a Phantom to a Computer Virus. Yet again, the lore is a joke, so non of this is canon. It's not even real, either.
