It's not outdated it just flat out isn't there (and "outdated" is not a real argument to be used when referring to the Bible because according to christians human society should not dictate what is or isn't true in the Bible, it should be the other way around)

There's a big difference between same-sex sexual relations (which goes against the Bible) and same-sex relationships, one is explicitly forbidden and the other one is implicitly allowed

so am I but my point is that's just your own personal beliefs which have nothing to do with the Bible, and if you're not Christian you have literally no reason to presuppose that the Bible backs up your morality
