Happy Men's Mental Health Month. Please spread the word.

Happy Men's Mental Health Month. Please spread the word. | Today is June 1st 2026. June is one of the best months of the year. The trees have bright green leaves, grass is no longer dead, and the overall vibes are awesome. But June isn't just about getting ready for summer and having fun. For many people, June just means warm weather, long days and having fun in the bright Summer sun. But June isn't just about having fun in the sun and making memories, its also about taking the time to recognize a topic that isn't talked about enough. June is Men's Mental Health Month. Every single day, millions of men around the world struggle with Anxiety, Loneliness, and Depression. Many men never get the help they need because they feel pressured to "Be A Man" or "Tough It Out." This month matters because its about raising awareness, encouraging conversations and reminding people that Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health. Here are a few statistics that show why Men's Mental Health Month is so important:; 75% of suicide deaths in Canada are men. Men have made up the majority of suicide deaths in Canada for decades; 23% of Canadian men are at risk of moderate-to-severe depression; More than 720,000 people die by suicide globally each year. The global male suicide rates are several times higher than female suicide rates. Men account for about 79–80% of all suicide deaths in the U.S. despite making up roughly half the population. Everyday, countless men make an attempt at Suicide. This is not okay. Far too many men suffer alone, and never end up getting the support they need. I personally haven't had anyone in my family struggle with mental health, but I know a lot of people have. That's why Men's Mental Health Month is so important. It's a way of making sure people don't have to go through their problems alone. Its a way to break the stigma that discourages men from expressing their emotions. Please do take the time to check in on your brother, friends, fathers, classmates/coworkers or anyone else you know who may be having a difficult time. Sometimes, a small conversation can go a very long way. And if you find yourself struggling with your mental health, please don't be afraid to reach out to someone. Talk to a friend, family member, or someone you trust. Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness or defeat. Its a sign of strength very few have. And who can help your mental health the most? Jesus, of course
Which is why June is also Jesus month ✝️

You just gotta ask God
Take a moment to pray 🙏
If you truly believe this, tell him... that you recognize that you were born a sinner, and have sinned all your life. And because of that, you deserve to be punished in Hell for all eternity. But that you also recognize that Jesus condescended to Earth, as a man, to take all the punishment for our sins and die with them on the cross, being punished in our place. And that he gave us His own righteousness, so that when God looks at us, he no longer sees the guilty sinner, but as innocent. Someone that even somebody as holy as Him can be in the presence of, to dwell with forever.
So just ask Him. For that righteousness of Jesus. And that you're sorry for your sins against Him and his law. Confess to him that you truly believe that Jesus came to die for you, and raise back to life for you, and that you truly believe that God is your one Creator and Savior.
And if you sincerely ask it and believe it... He just gives it to you.
You're a born-again believer. You're a Son of God now 👍

Idk about the „deserve to be punished in Hell for all eternity“ part. To me it sounds kinda contradictory when I want to make my mental health better and not worse.

genuinely went through one of my worst years in pre-2024-25 and i can really understand the weight of being lonely and even being mentally scarred enough to take their own lives, mental health is always important but many ignore it because it's "invisible" to they eye
