Sousuke moves far faster than light. He also does not use weapons. Not often at least. And the weapon he does use is a blade forged in the hottest fires of Hell and cannot break, therefore not useless.

Bud, look in the above thread. Sousuke is omnipresent. I don't care of no guard guarantees a hit, Sousuke doesn't exactly abide by those rules. Also, it's not possible to get a no guard Pokémon that knows guillotine in a singles battle. And no teammate has been established to set this up.
