Good. That gives Trump another SCOTUS nomination. And Trump can elevate Thomas to Chief Justice.......

I agree with that. Without a doubt, Justice Thomas should’ve been elevated to Chief Justice in the first place, instead of Roberts. Trump would’ve done
that had he been PotUS, instead of “Dubya”.
