This is what I call poor mans brisket and it contains no beef you will need tuna canned BBQ sauce the fixing of your choice onion,jalapeño etc toast. Tuna you drain juice then put in skillet you are just removing moisturizer and heating remove 80 tuna from pan ,add oil the 20 you fry these are burnt ends..now assemble the sandwich 🥪 the best bbq sauce is a Mesquite smoke version.
Poor mans potato salad = microwave potatos 🥔 add water after almost done drain peel add mustard ,mayo packes ,salt pepper,pickle juice ,relish onion now some these are condiments you save to make it budget friendly
