My orange Angora has that and profoundly since he got older on his nose, eyelids and lips.

I have an orange and white Turkish Angora that has those black freckles that have increased since he's gotten older on his nose, eyelids and lips. He's clearly a true ginger cat. In appearance and behavior 😂
