That's perfectly fine. If you don't feel dysphoria, even better for you! It is truly one of the most painful things because you can't put a bandaid on it. it will always be there once it moves in. I understand the feeling of disconnection when other people talk about it, but as long as you dont go around flaunting it "hey lookit me i don't feel dysphoria hahahaha im better than you" sorta bs, i think its fine. It also might seem inspirational. If Millie can manage a life without dysphoria, maybe I can too!
