This was actually taken from radio dialogue heard by the creator myself. They meant the Mayor of Sherbrooke because Moscovio May is not well known as of the time i am typing this. (Date heard: May 13, 2026. Hour: approximately 4:25 PM. I may be wrong about the hour.)
