addicted… to pain? if its just to feel something, i assure you there are other ways. stress is hard. its not easy to get rid of. my only reccomendation for stress it to take breaks. anger is reasonable, and i just take it out on those i disagree with on the internet. probably not healthy, but thats not my point. you cannot take amger out on yourself. me saying this is hypocritical, considering i sometimes scrape off my skin when mad, but you cannot do it. take your anger out on something other than yourself.
