I mean... Let's consider the facts:

The Self Destruction of Team Earth's Space Craft is basically public knowledge
Wheatley has been known to make sneaky moves
There are at least four different types of robots on the team, and they'd likely try to hack it
Mojo Jojo hos been known to send Viruses to Team Morshu, he'd likely do something similar to make sure the space station couldn't blow itself up
Shadow is likely the smallest problem, but the possibility of him trying to redirect the space station to launch it at an ally shouldn't be ignored

Overall, Morshu believes any of the villains could make a move to either disable the shipboard AI, of weaponize the self-destruction... One final thing is that Morshu doesn't completely understand the AI and he's just preparing for a "Worst Case Scenario" especially since Mojo Jojo is planning on getting someone who specializes in Computer Viruses
