Bored?

(New OC! Ahsoka Matthews. I don't have a pic of her :( I'll be doing this in first person. Feel free to refer to the dog by name!)

*I open the door, seeing her. She's the daughter of my best friend, so I know her well. I squat down to be eye level with her*

"What's wrong? Are you okay?"

*She was trying not to cry.*
“Otis is missing…”

"Where did you see him last? I'm sure I can use that info to help you find him."

“He was in the house last night. We woke up this morning, and he was gone…*

"Did you leave any doors or windows open last night? It rained last night, so if you did, he would've left tracks in the mud that could lead us to him."

*Shakes her head.*

"Was anything unlocked this morning that wasn't last night? Or is anything or anyone missing besides him? Because there could've been a robbery. I'm not saying that's what happened, I'm just saying it's possible."

*trying to remember*

"Let's check the perimeter. See if we can find pawprints in the mud."

*I walk out the door and across the street to her house, checking the perimeter until I find them - pawprints around the back door*

*She walked to Ahsoka*
“Are those his prints?-“

"I think so. I'll follow them and see where they lead. Stay here, I don't wanna risk you getting lost."

*I start following the prints to see where they lead*

*The tracks kept going*

*Eventually, after seventeen minutes of following the tracks, I find Otis sniffing around at the end of the street*

*Otis seemed to be looking for something.*

"Otis! C'mere, boy!"

*I walk up to Otis*

"Whatcha looking for, buddy?"

*Otis turned to face Ahsoka and barked.*

“What is wrong little one? Why are you sad?” He says crouching down to her hight.

“Our dog is missing. I looked everywhere….”

“I bet I could find your dog, where did you last see them?” He says reaching for the thermal goggles on his helmet.

“Well, he was home when we went to bed, and when we woke up, he was gone…” *sniffling^

“Was your window open?” He asks patrolling her house.

“No, everything was closed…

As he examines the house he finds some faded tracks leading from the garage “apparently not everything. I have some of its tracks come on this way.”

“Oh, really?” *looks around*
