Which is exactly why people shouldn't be hired for jobs they either will struggle or could struggle to do efficiently like for example non-English speakers getting customer service jobs in English speaking countries. If I moved to, for example, France, and I wanted a customer service job I'd learn French or take a different job not expect an entire country to change to conform to me. That's narcissistic.

Yeah but I find it rude because like for example if you have trouble with something and you're hired a job and then you make a mistake and then they fire you like that's not cool

Well basic mistakes are something that everyone does and they shouldn't fire someone for a screwup that everyone does sometimes but hiring someone who literally doesn't know your language to do customer service that involves speaking English to assist a customer is just plain wrong and is frustrating for employee that wants to do good but can't because of language barriers and the for the customer who should get the customer service they pay for or need. It literally makes no sense.
