The last one would be nightmarish in trying to do anything but the second one with the hands I don't see. I assumed it was the doll arms until I noticed it was a headless doll on her ear and the lobes are arms. She either tied something that looks like skin to earlobe and pulled it through so it'd look like her real earlobes or they are real. If someone did that thing where they keep putting larger and larger hoops in the earlobe to make it huge then cut the skin at the bottom that's exactly what you'd see.
