an "outlaw" seems too cool for a guy who made a 19 year old OC created by braindead_1_year_old having sex with my OC, who was meant to be an addition of Undertale's seven human children. THE_ONE_ABOVE_ALL's defense was that he altered the OC's age, despite not using any different sprites. He got banned for refusing to delete it, and commited his second offense, Ban Evasion. he has created over 50 different alt accounts and constantly threatens a raid. Next he commited Suicide Encouragement, attempting to get the users of Void_Merchant, InteractionSystem and Ultimo to hang/stab themselves to death. He then doxxed both Lucimingo and Drunk_Spinel_The_Lyricist.mp4, and even Hacked the account of Lucimingo. He has also taken control over the stream NEW_UNDERTALE, created by Drunk_Spinel_The_Lyricist.mp4, and bullied Ultimo off the stream. for these reasons he has been permanently banned from both Undertale and NEW_UNDERTALE and permanently comment banned from the site all together. If you see someone who you suspect to be an alt of THE_ONE_ABOVE_ALL, contact one of the owners or senior moderators so we can get rid of it.
