No that's only done in animal memes and often memes with children to mimic grammatical errors, spelling errors and pronunciations typical with children and would be with animals if they talked. Meh is me teh is the mah is my mahn is mine etc. Meme language for animals and children basically but yeah it does look dyslexic 🤣
