Best leaf I’ve ever dried | This is who I want to be. This is a leaf. With a hat. Was your first thought “I wonder what kind of leaf that is?” No? Most people wouldn’t think that to start with. It’s a dried blueberry leaf, but that doesn’t matter does it? It’s wearing a hat, but it’s still the same leaf, right? I want people to look at me, in whatever clothes or hair I have, and say “it’s a person” not “is that a boy or a girl” or “does it still have a stem?” (Iykyk 😒) I just want to be a leaf. Wether I’m a blueberry leaf, or a sprig or rosemary shouldn’t matter. That’s one of my tarot decks. It’s a queer specific deck, and I thought that the art on the cards made a better backdrop than the plain wooden lid of my armoire. The cards were picked out with no intention, I just pulled a few out. I can show you more if you want!
