Okay so he's meant to be a large, ominous, hooded figure kinda like Cursa from Mario + Rabbids (left image)
His outfit is slightly based on the Caster (right image) which is his most basic and common minion, but his outfit is also meant to be based on pastor vestments
And that shape behind his head is meant to be a floating snowflake ring thingy
And, of course, unlike Cursa, he has arms

She looks, polite.
