Well a lot of things can play in here.
A. Society tells people (usually women) that being SA’d or forced into doing it is attractive. I had a friend who was stalked by an old guy and when I said to call the police, he refused saying that he “hoped it would turn into a dark romance because stalkers to lovers is hot” society tells us we want that
B. Some people are lowkey into pain and that’s fine, just make sure you don’t sustain lasting injuries that genuinely put you at risk
C. I think scars look cool as well. I was raised on action and adventure and fantasy fighting, violence looks cool to me. I’ve also been assaulted and have many scars, which I do not see as a good thing, but scars still look cool to me! (Especially tip surgery scars-what who said that)
