Kaiserwelt is basically one of those alt history scenarios where the Central Powers won WWI. WWII was very different because France and the UK were fascist and some other stuff, the cold war is also mostly different, the USSR somehow survived past 1991, and WWIII started in 1993. The world was also liberated in 2046 and somehow… you know. Octanimia took over the world before collapsing into a lot of countries
