That's not how it works. You don't ask people to like (we call that 'upvote' here) and comment on this site. You just make funny memes, and if they're really funny, upvotes and comments come on their own. But don't focus too much on them because they are few and far between. Just spend some time on the site, you'll learn the ropes soon enough
