Red Glory is the nickname for the UUSR flag!

Risin’ Sunny is the UUSR war/victory flag!

Uncle Coop is me, the symbol of both peace and leading the war charge. I am a genuine uncle too, so this is one of my many nicknames, too.

Do I really have to explain the lore for this?

The Risin’ Sunny is based off the WWII flag for Japan, except that there’s only 14 (and not 16) stripes and the colors (the blue and white) hold significant meaning. That said meaning is that the blue represents the fighting between conflicts and the white represents the closure and victory that has been obtained.

Either way, the UUSR has running jokes.
